Mirage Properties understands your busy schedule and your need to know the status of your application within a resonable amount of time.  This is why we strive to let you know the outcome of the application within 24 hours from the date you applied.

The first stage of the application process is the actual filling out of the Rental Application form.  From there, we check your references, background, and employment.  Once you are approved we ask to set up a time to sign the Rental Agreement and pay the deposit to put this apartment-home on reserve for you.
